RV SITE AND PORT EXECUTIVE SUITES
RV
sites have come a long way since the resort’s inception. Our new
“executive suites” can be a maximum of 428 sq.ft. of air conditioned
living space and may feature full kitchens, tiled showers and bathrooms,
living/dining area and laundry rooms. These buildings are a result of
owners wanting the space for entertaining, or just plain more living
area! Sometimes the RV can bring on cabin fever, and can make entertaining
nearly impossible. One of the biggest advantages is that guests can stay
in the executive suite for short stays – a real plus for the grandchildren’s
visits!
An RV must be on your site for occupancy as they are not intended to
be full living quarters. Owners have delighted in designing an executive
suite that suits their lifestyle. Another important factor is the opportunity
for those full time RV’ers to claim their executive suite and RV
site as their homestead property (primary residence), which allows them
a $25,000 reduction in their assessed value!
