Now, you can have a roomy one-bedroom home, built on site, with an attached RV port, plus a garage for your car and golf cart (or a workshop, extra storage, etc.)

Each Chalet plan includes a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and bath with double sinks; a covered porch, and full-hookups for your motorhome, fifth wheel or travel trailer.

Resort Homes

Resort Homes include an attached RV Port -- full hookups for RVs on the homesite is a popular option.

Each two-bedroom, two-bath floorplan is loaded with special and innovative features.

You may custom-design your home or choose a plan that already incorporates the best designs of our buyers with an abundance of standard features that used to be options.

Exquisite Resort Home sites are priced from the $40's and are located in magestic areas throughout the resort.
